i actually had an amazing week. tons of biking everyday. i'm getting a lot stronger. my whole body. my breathing has been awesome.

lots of music and lots of love for everything i have.

it's a saturday night, and i've got stevie's "talking book" playing. lauressa loaned this to me a while ago, and i'm now just getting to it.

it's nice...more mellow than i was expecting.

so, yeah, it's saturday night, and i'm experimenting with staying home alone all night...and being okay with it.
